My purpose is to <strong>help<\/strong> people discover their inner potential and find balance in their daily lives through yoga and conscious breathing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 9.0pt 0cm .0001pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; color: #111111;\"><strong>I am a Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher<\/strong>\u00a0with over two decades of experience. I facilitate therapeutic breathing techniques and support individuals on their journey toward self-discovery through the \u201c<strong>Rebirthing<\/strong>\u201d breathing method.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 9.0pt 0cm .0001pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; color: #111111;\">I live in Buenos Aires, where I offer classes and workshops.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 9.0pt 0cm .0001pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; color: #111111;\"><strong>I am a Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher<\/strong>\u00a0with over two decades of experience. The practice of Vipassana Meditation is also part of the practices I share.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 9.0pt 0cm .0001pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; color: #111111;\">Together with <strong>Karin Drexler<\/strong> and her Mastery in Conscious Breathing, we coordinate purification and self-discovery retreats in nature in various South American countries.
